Opto Diode is a leading supplier of standard infrared products, LED products and high performance photodetectors. Recently, a new 99 chip array package series was launched.


The series has good thermal conductivity, a beam angle of 110 degrees, and a wavelength in the range of 405 nm to 870 nm. Typical peaks can be generated with different wavelength variations: 405nm, 525nm, 610nm.830nm, 870nm. The storage and operating temperature range is -55°C to 100°C, the maximum junction temperature is 100°C, and the thermal resistance is 3°C. /W.


This latest, ultra-bright LED array package is ideal for aircraft exterior lighting applications, automotive license plate lighting applications, photo dynamic therapy applications and fluorescent applications.
