EPC Power Conversion (EPC) Announces 450 V Enhanced Gallium Nitride Power Transistors for High Frequency Applications

Power Conversion Corporation EPC (EPC) and 450 V is usually announced in enhancement mode Power Transistor off state (EPC2027), can be used in applications requiring high frequency switch, thereby achieving higher efficiency and power density. This 2-inch by 1.5-inch development board uses the layout for optimal switching performance and includes all the important components, making it easy for engineers to evaluate the EPC2027 GaN FET.
