A-TControls' new TRIAC Series LB Ball Valves are designed for advanced corrosion protection chemical processing. Its main feature is its complete PFA inner layer design and electrolytically polished 304 stainless steel or epoxy coated WCB carbon steel valve body. The high-purity PFA aligns the valve body and the ball without any gaps within 3 mm for a more perfect thickness.
The inner layer is absolutely reliable because the valve body itself has a "KPF" interlock system that is 20,000 VDC tested and has a nominal vacuum on the unit MBAR.
150pd flanged split-body valves, available in different types from 1/2in to 4in, its main feature is its automatic adjustment of the "v" ring seal. The foot valve is designed to minimize torque and the upper and lower design of the ball and shank reduces side load while extending the life of the shank and seal.
