Nanyang science and technology: high-end capacitor film leader, waiting for the outbreak of production capacity

The company used the raised capital of 160 million yuan to build a 2,500-ton ultra-thin high-temperature metallized film project, which is expected to be completed and put into production in May 2011. It will achieve 30% of design capacity in the year and reach 80% in the second year. The production capacity will be fully released in the third year. .

Based on high-end products, products in short supply. Nanyang Science and Technology is the second largest polypropylene capacitor film manufacturer in China, with a metallized film production capacity of 3,000 tons and a base film production capacity of 5,000 tons, second only to Tongfeng Electronics. However, the company's products are concentrated in high-end areas, with a gross profit margin of more than 30%, which is much higher than 5%-20% of Tongfeng Electronics. At present, high-end products such as thin films, high-voltage power capacitor films, and metallized safety films of less than 6μm already account for more than 70% of the company's total sales. Among them, the market share of the company's film below 6 μm is about 16%, and the rest is basically occupied by imported brands. The annual import volume exceeds 10,000 tons, and the company's production capacity is seriously insufficient.
